Ms. Hackstock holds a B.M. from Wayne State University in Piano Performance. She performed post graduate studies in Trapani, Sicily where she studied under the tutelage of Maestro Salvatore Spano. She is currently completing her M.M. in Piano Performance at the University of South Florida where she studies with Svetoar Ivanov.

Ms. Hackstock has ten years of experience teaching both privately and in a group setting. Her students range in all ages and levels, including advanced students. She teaches in the classical style while varying lessons to adjust to each individual student.

It is important to consider personality and learning style.
And keep in mind that you can expect your child to develop a special bond with the piano teacher through the one-on-one relationship.

Make sure to ask about the teacher's qualifications, experience and teaching style and pay attention to his of her personality to make sure your child will enjoy the experience and still be productive.
